Barb’s journey with Metronome Tours began as a curious traveler on one of the Metronome Tours signature experiences: a captivating tour through Turkey. The trip left such a lasting impression that, as Barb was recently retired from a successful career at IBM, she decided to turn her passion for travel into a profession—joining the Metronome team and diving headfirst into the world of tour design.

With a passport full of international stamps and a heart drawn to the rich cultures of Africa, Asia, and Europe.   Barb, has experienced the spice markets of Morocco the temples of Thailand, the beauty of the Masai Mara  and the vineyards of Tuscany just to name a few.  Barb brings global insight and personal warmth to every itinerary she creates. Her extensive experience planning European, Asian and African journeys adds another layer of depth to her travel expertise. Barb approaches each client’s trip with the same care and attention she’d give her own—ensuring every detail is seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
